# Abstract

Covid has actually brought the world closer together in terms of digital access and interaction. As time goes by, users spend more time in the digital world than in the physical, and brands that were never interested in going digital are being forced to do so.

2021 has been the year of NFTs. With Google searches for NFTs on the rise, this market has seen 41 billion dollars in 2021, compared to the $13.7 million sales of the year before. With the fashion industry attempting to uncover the technology’s potential, it comes as no surprise that most of the well-known brands are testing it.

In recent years, the fashion industry has shown tremendous effort to digitally transform and adapt fashion in the digital era. Brands are using non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain technology to attract, verify and connect with consumers from all over the world.

In preparation for the metaverse future, the fashion industry needs to understand that NFTs are all about ownership over digital items, and the Metaverse is simply taking that concept into one or more virtual worlds. Although the Metaverse, as a business model, is not fully developed yet, NFTs are bringing this creative playground to life.

Natalie Johnson said: "It’s a new way to design, create, and promote a new way to buy, sell, trade, and ultimately consume fashion. It offers new business models and revenue streams for brands—new storytelling, activations, and excitement"

We aim to immortalize the culture digitally to remember it forever and experience it through fashion.

A Fashion Enthusiast, a Blockchain Developer and an NFT Strategist crossed paths and came together creating a team to develop a Fashion NFT Project that is aligned with current consumer needs and poised to meet those of the future.

We are WRTH and our mission is to improve people's interaction in digital environments but also in the physical ones by giving the opportunity of wearing clothes with a powerful meaning and a beautiful design.

We are going to develop cross-reality clothing collections to satisfy basic practical needs, but also to satisfy consumers psychological need for social belonging or self-esteem.

WRTH will allow people to communicate who they are using cross-reality garments, clothing wearable in the physical and digital world.
